Apple Jacks Ice Cream Balls

Ingredients
| 1 | quart vanilla ice cream |
| 3 1/2 | cups Apple Jacks® |
| Caramel ice cream topping |
Directions
1. Using 1/2 cup, shape ice cream into 8 balls, about 2 1/2 inches in diameter. Roll balls quickly in cereal until well-coated. Place in freezer. Serve with caramel ice cream topping.
Note: If desired, Apple Jacks Ice Cream Balls may be prepared several hours in advance, wrapped individually in aluminum foil and stored in freezer.
